Determining a Benign NCE from a Malicious NCE
Written by Cat
At first, the ability to determine if a NCE (Non-Corporeal Entity) is malicious or not seems like an easy task. However, I've found that many people, due to fear or misinterpretation, often incorrectly determine the actions of benign NCE's as being malicious. So, I thought I'd step through some common misunderstandings as well as warning signs that could point to a malicious NCE.
One of the first common misconceptions, that seems to be continuously spread throughout the paranormal and psychic communities, is that if an NCE appears as a shadow, this automatically means it is malicious. I believe that a lot of this belief comes from the common misconceptions that "light/white" = "good", while "dark/black" = "evil". This idea couldn't be farther from the truth. From my own personal experiences as both a daemonologist and a paranormal investigator, I've noticed a correlation between the sighting of "shadow" NCE's and dramatically high EMF readings. What does this mean to me? This shows me a correlation between its energy field and it's coloration. My theory is that the more "solid" a NCE attempts to become, the "darker" it's form may appear...thus leading to appear shadow-like. This does not make it malicious, merely struggling to find a way to communicate or appear to those around. From a psychic intuitive perspective, I have also communicated with these "shadow" NCE's, and their disposition seems to be as random as the disposition of people...some are benign, some malicious.
Another commonly propagated "truth" is that if a NCE is not human, then it is malicious and evil. Again, this is not the case at all. I have met very protective and loving non-human NCE's, and conversely have met destructive and malicious human NCE's. What form the NCE had before has no bearing on its intent or personality. As above, the "humanness" of the NCE does not determine its disposition...some are benign and some malicious. It's the actions of the NCE that need to be studied in order to know its true intent.
A quick point to make is to be wary of the way in which a NCE tries to contact or communicate with a CE (corporeal entity). If a person is touched by an NCE, this does not make it a malicious act. In fact, more often than not, they are just trying to get your attention. The same can be said for moving objects, making sounds, creating smells, etc. Because people are so fearful of that which they don't understand, they often misinterpret the intentions of these beings...it would be very similar to running and calling the police every time someone threw out a candy wrapper in the trash can you just happened to be standing by, or screaming for help every time someone tapped you on the shoulder to get your attention in order to ask the time. NCE's are no different in that manner. Most of them are trying to find ways in which to get attention and to communicate in some way.
Now, this all being said, there are some things that SHOULD raise red flags in your mind that a NCE may be malicious. Any time that a NCE causes a CE pain or physical harm, you should be wary. This would include biting, scratching, grabbing roughly, pulling around, pushing a CE into something with great force, etc. One should also be careful in any situation where objects are being thrown AT a CE...especially dangerous objects such as knives, forks, drills, etc. (I would not determine a NCE to be malicious if it threw a feather or pillow at me.)
Of course, there are exceptions to even these general guidelines. For example, if a CE is harassing or trying to provoke an NCE, then the CE gets what they deserve. NO ONE, even NCE's deserves to be abused and lashing back to stop the abuse is understandable. Also sometimes a very protective NCE will harm a CE if they feel the CE is harming or is about to harm themselves more. It would be akin to a mother forcefully grabbing their child and yanking them back off the street angrily when that child is about to step out into the flow of traffic.
My general point here is, that just because you can't see the entity affecting the environment around you, this does not make them malicious. If you question whether or not you may have a malicious NCE bothering you, I would first look at the history...has this happened more than once, and what was the situation or situations around the occurrences. I would also suggest contacting a trained intuitive/psychic/medium as well. They have a better understanding of NCE behavior, as well as ways to determine the intent of the actions.
Finally: Never ASSUME you know the intent of NCE behavior. Most people are VERY wrong in their assumptions.
