Moon Phase Information
The geomagnetic fields created by the Moon appear to be the strongest on the Earth during the days on and around the new and full moon cycles. Spirit activity also seems to be increased during this period because of the jump in geomagnetic activity. Not only could the moon affect spirit activity, it seems that certain days of the year, mostly on the solstices and equinox, have influences as well. Below is a chart listing the solstices and equinoxes for each year from 2006 to 2012.
The vernal equinox marks the first day of spring. During the vernal equinox, night and day are nearly the same length. More information on the vernal equinox can be found HERE.
The summer solstice is the longest day of the year, respectively, in the sense that the length of time elapsed between sunrise and sunset on this day is a maximum for the year. A full article about the summer solstice can be found HERE.
As with the Vernal Equinox, the Autumnal or Fall Equinox, is the time when day and night are equal. More info on the Autumn equinox is listed HERE.
The winter solstice is just the opposite of the summer solstice. This is the shortest day of the year. A page dedicated to the winter solstice can be found HERE.
Geomagnetic and Solar Flare Information
It is theorized that an increase in solar flare activity or an unsettled geomagnetic field can lead to an increase in paranormal activity.
