We started out by gathering information about the Theatre (we were given a tour by Shannon.) Then we set up our equipment, camera's, cam-corders, digital recorders, EMF readers. And went dark.

What we do is try to prove or disprove paranormal activity through scientific means (camera's, EMF, digital recorders etc...) We also happened to have some sensitives with us (or what some might call psychics.) Some of the report will be based on their findings....

  • Got to the site. Building felt quite dignified from the outside. Upon entering the building and walking towards the stage area, Scott noticed a shadowy figure move across in the windows of the upstairs, and saw a sparkling outline of something moving in the aisle to the left of the audience area.

  • Guys changing room: Definitely a grumpy guy here. Thin and yet a bit paunchy, a bit effeminate, didn't like the sensitives. Didn't get a name or any evidence. Was a persistent, intelligent/conscious presence. Many felt this and I believe it is here that the shoelaces where cut in the Nun the production. One investigator reported that when I was setting up my video camera, someone was playing with the back of my head. Another investigator put his hand back there and felt a cold spot and all his hairs stood on end.

  • Gals changing room: Lots of anxiety coming from the room as you walk up the stairs. Feelings subsided as soon as we knocked and announced we were just girls. This indicates intelligent/consciousness and not merely residual stuff. In the room, perhaps 3 female entities, but not anywhere near as solid as the guy in the mens changing room. I didn't put much effort into getting any info or names from these entities here -- they may have been intelligent/conscious, but not exactly all together. More reactionary than sharing. A few of us experienced the smell of body odor in the woman's room that wasn't there when we first walked in. It grew stronger the longer we sat in there.

  • Lumber/building area: The sensitives felt Nothing special here. Mostly a male background feeling, but no entities. Pretty laid back feeling. I heard 2 loud thumps come from this room, and others heard it as well. This happened as we were all in the audience part of the theatre

  • Other back-stage area: Nothing much. More anxiety in the area behind the gals' changing area, but that's about it.

  • Stage: The doorway between the stage and the hall to the changing rooms is very charged. Lots of anxiety. Makes sense as residual stuff from nervous actors. Another investigator saw a dark figure walk the pit area of the back stage. Also, Scott had seen a shadow against the back wall of the stage that seemed to be moving along the wall. It is in this same spot where Scott had something brush up against the top of his hair twice previously in the evening. Scott also picked up on a floral scent toward the front left side of the stage, and could not find the source.

  • Pit area (under front of stage): Something is going on under here, but it's a moving something, and it's shy, though a bit smug. More female than male. Probably more likely to be a nuisance energy, but not hugely powerful.

  • Audience/seating: Lots of stuff out here. If you looked out there from the stage, the back right portion was livelier than the rest overall. Seemed like mobile male energy, older male at that, maybe taking up a stretch of 3 seats at a time, like he had his arms around the backs of the seat on either side of him. No name. Had a habit of moving around. Seemed conscious, but no communication. This is the area we got many, many orbs. Some turned out to be dust, but we found many positives in the audience area.

  • Doorways to the main portion of the theater: The right side as looking from the stage seemed to have a grumpy female energy (wide in girth.) I can't remember what I called it, but it wasn't that polite ("grumpy Mable"?). That energy was right at the doorway to the foyer. It seemed borderline intelligent/conscious. Lots of people going thru that doorway weakened it. Fond of glowering at people in the foyer.

  • The left side was much more interesting: There was a intelligent/conscious, somewhat mobile, and talkative entity. I asked it its name: "To-, ANthony. Anthony" A bit unusual for me to get a name so loudly and precisely, but all the same, I am unclear about the spelling. It was male and young and tall. It wanted to help us as if we were audience members. As we continued to wander around, it got increasingly worried. At one point when we went to go upstairs, it said something along the lines of, "you/no one is allowed up there. Here, let me help you ladies back to your seats." At this point, he tried to take me by the elbow and lead me back to the seats. I was aware of the action but didn't actually feel any tugging.

  • Office/ticket: The office had an official, busy, female feeling at its core. No entities, really. The ticket booth felt kinda bored energy-wise. Back to the office: Investigators were busy looking thru records seeking any "Anthony." The one they found was an older, black man. Our sensitive stated "Look, I can only tell you what a I sensed, and as for color - I didn't pick up any."

  • Foyer: Nothing much here. We honestly had expected more. Just a light, busy feeling at most.

  • Bathrooms: Again, nothing much. A physical note: When you open the bathroom door, the pull of the air causes some of the light covers to rattle.

  • Stairs going up: Every time we went up, we got the strong, male impression: You don't belong here. It was a firm feeling, but not cruel.

  • All the wardrobe rooms: Before the lights went off, these rooms felt like a jumble of feelings - basically fear and giddiness. That makes sense because those seem like the kind of residual feelings left on costumes. After the lights went out, the wardrobe rooms were much more relaxed. Can't really explain why. At some point, there was a male entity that moved thru the rooms as if the walls weren't there to the area just behind the control room. It was determined that we didn't belong. While the entity in the guys changing room was irritating, this one entity, because of its ability to move around, alarmed me the most. I didn't bother to placate it or explain or even communicate with it. It didn't seem to be in the listening frame of mind. It was definitely the boss of that area. It didn't try to hurt us, though, but its opinion was clear. It did this just once.

  • Furnace room: Zilch. You'd think there'd be at least make-out vibes, but no. If anything, it felt like a refuge.

  • Control room: Lots of tension and self-satisfaction here. Maybe an entity off to the far side, but nothing conscious that could be discerned. Kinda felt a bit like the guy in the wardrobe areas. Scott had a smell of an old smoker's pipe in here.

  • Overall: It's a nice place, and while our sensitives and crew highlighted the more anxious of the energies/entities, overall, the place is dignified and inviting. We didn't find any overwhelming evidence that the theatre is haunted, the sensitives did feel energies but this is just feelings that individuals had, not scientific evidence. It's a great place. We were grateful for the opportunity to explore it!

Scott's synopsis: The theatre has some activity we could not explain, as the evidence presented has concluded. I would not say the theatre is haunted, but as with all buildings that hold energy whether it be a theatre, old office building, abandoned buildings and/or homes, etc....it will hold onto some of the energy that has been implanted into the structure over the years.

There isn't anything to be afraid of in the theatre, just be aware that there is some activity going on that cannot be easily explained, other than the fact the place has some paranormal activity.
